No matter how much coffee or tea you drink you just can’t seem to feel energized.
Well, I’ve put together some natural energy boosters. So next time you are feeling sluggish try some of these hacks:

Drink a cold glass of water. Being dehydrated can cause you to feel tired.

You may have a tendency to grab junk food, like potato chips, when you are dragging. Instead try eating an apple. The molecules in apples give your cells energy.

Make yourself a green drink. Green drinks have the right kind of carbs that get you going. Click here for my recipe.

Add 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil to your coffee, tea or smoothie. It’s a great natural energy source for your body.

Make sure you are getting enough Vitamin B12. I use Re-Energized — it’s a natural portable energy spray with B12.
If you get enough sleep and have tried the tips above but still feel like you have no energy, you should probably speak with your doctor. There could be a medical reason that you have no get-up-and-go.
