- Listening to 5-10 songs a day can improve the immune system and reduce depression – especially if it’s music that reminds you of a happy time.
- Want shiny hair? Make a vinegar spray and apply it 30 minutes before washing. Not only will you have shiny hair, but it will help with volume, frizz, split ends, dandruff, hair-fall and breakage. Simply add 1 Tbsp of organic apple-cider vinegar to ½ cup of distilled water in a spray bottle. Put the top back on and shake to mix. Use daily or weekly … up to you.
- If you need to reduce inflammation or have arthritis, drinking celery juice daily can make a big difference.
