Happy Monday!

Here are your hacks:

  1. Listening to 5-10 songs a day can improve the immune system and reduce depression – especially if it’s music that reminds you of a happy time.
  2. Want shiny hair? Make a vinegar spray and apply it 30 minutes before washing.  Not only will you have shiny hair, but it will help with volume, frizz, split ends, dandruff, hair-fall and breakage.   Simply add 1 Tbsp of organic apple-cider vinegar to ½ cup of distilled water in a spray bottle. Put the top back on and shake to mix.  Use daily or weekly … up to you.
  3. If you need to reduce inflammation or have arthritis, drinking celery juice daily can make a big difference.  You see, when juiced, certain phytochemicals are released that have anti-inflammatory properties.  You can use store-bought or make your own.  For a recipe and more celery-juice health benefits click here.

Lastly, I wanted to share a quote with you today that I recently read and absolutely love.  “The key to confidence is walking in a room and assuming everyone likes you.”
